Dr. Winter has trained with some of the world's most prominent dental sedation specialists. He is one of the select few who has earned a Fellowship in the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation. He is rapidly becoming well known as the Albany, NY area's leading dentist for those patients who want to "snooze" through their dental visits.

Dr. Winter has also trained with and is part of the teaching staff of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, where he trains dentists and other health providers in the use of Botox & dermal fillers (e.g. Juvederm & Restylane) and how to incorporate their usage as part of his philosophy regarding total facial esthetics.

He has volunteered in the "Give Back a Smile" program of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, helping to repair damaged smiles and dentitions of victims of domestic violence.

Dr. Milana Guadagno is a compassionate and dedicated dentist committed to delivering exceptional care and fostering genuine connections with her patients. With a warm and welcoming approach, she creates a comfortable environment where patients feel valued and at ease.

Dr. Guadagno earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree with honors from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine, reflecting her dedication to excellence and lifelong learning.

Outside of her practice, Dr. Guadagno enjoys playing volleyball, exploring new places, singing karaoke, and discovering cozy coffee shops. She cherishes time with family and friends and shares her home with her beloved, chubby cat, Tater-tot.
